Terms and conditions Vovnjau
Vovnjau offers exclusive pet accessories and apparel on the internet and in the shop on the Willemsparkweg 68 in Amsterdam. The general conditions of Vovnjau apply to all agreements between Vovnjau and their customers. The customer acknowledges and accepts the conditions as set forth here below:

Product descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Measurements given are approximate. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software or printer. As some items are hand-made, there will be slight variations from item to item in sizing a.o.t. Vovnjau shall not be held liable for any inaccuracy in the information supplied.

Delivery time
The average delivery time for Internet sales of the product is 5 (five) days after receipt and acceptance of order and payment. When delivery cannot be made within the usual specified time, an estimated additional time for delivery will be provided with the acknowledgement of the order. If this is not satisfactory, a refund will be given.

Delivery costs
In the event that delivery costs, that were charged upon the time of your order, are not sufficient, the customer will be notified. Customer will have the option to proceed with the order and pay for the extra delivery costs. Customer is also allowed to cancel the order. If customer’s credit card or bank account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Vovnjau shall issue a credit to customer’s credit card or bank account in the amount of the order.

Prices
All prices mentioned on the website of Vovnjau are shown in Euros (€) and include V.A.T (valid rate at time of purchase). Delivery charges are to be paid by the customer. Prices are applicable at time and acceptance of order. If prices for certain products have increased between time of order and time of delivery, the price at time of acceptance of order will apply.

Payment
Payment can be made by means of:
Bank transfer: Ideal is integrated in the webshop
Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Discounts/Special deals
All discounts/special deals on the items in the webshop and in the shop of Vovnjau are valid as long as the items are in stock and within the period of time of the specific discount/special deal.

Errors
In the event that products in the webshop are listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information, Vovnjau shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and customer’s credit card or bank account had been charged. If customer’s credit card or bank account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Vovnjau shall issue a credit to customer’s credit card or bank account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Withdrawal limits
Purchases may be returned for exchange within 10 (ten) days of the receipt of the order. Shipping costs shall not be reimbursed and shall be borne by the customer. Customers may wish to exchange any goods to Vovnjau at: Willemsparkweg 68, 1071 HK, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Vovnjau will exchange product(s) (excluding the cost of shipping the item to you) provided that the goods are returned in a clean, resalable condition in the original packaging. All notices of return of goods or complaints must be made in the first instance via e-mail or post within 6 (six) working days of receipt of product.

Claims procedure
If a costumer has a claim about a product, the claim can be made to Vovnjau within 6 (six) days of receipt of the order. This should be done in writing by e-mail or by letter. Vovnjau will contact customer within 3 (three) working days of receipt of claim.

Liability
Vovnjau cannot be held liable for any damages caused by the incorrect and/or improper use of the product. The liability of Vovnjau is always limited to the amount of the order/agreement.

Jurisdiction
In the event of major difficulty or dispute between the customer and Vovnjau, the parties hereby agree to strive for an amicable settlement. Should this fail, any such dispute shall be submitted to the Dutch Court. The present terms and conditions shall be subject to Dutch law. Should the present terms and conditions be translated, the Dutch version shall prevail over all others.
